Dynamics 365 Technical Architect – AX

We are looking for a high-performing AX Technical Architect to join our team of experts. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing technical designs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 software based on the Client requirements. International travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Translate requirements from non-technical people into technical documentation
  • Assist our Clients in planning and testing solutions
  • Produce clean, efficient code based on Client specifications and best practices
  • Integrate AX with third-party programs
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software customisations
  • Gather and evaluate Client feedback
  • Recommend and execute improvements on current software customisations
  • Implement Independent and Unit testing
  • Develop reports
  • Create technical documentation

Education Requirements

  • Microsoft Certifications are a bonus as we will provide access to training
  • English fluency sufficient to be able to translate Functional design specs in Technical designs, into code without supervision
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Experience Requirements

  • 5 year minimum proven track record in AX development
  • Excellent Analytical Problem Solving skills
  • Strong understanding of the technical areas of Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • Experience in understanding requirements and documenting solutions
  • Experience in independent and unit testing
  • Excellent code documentation skills
  • Experience in supporting areas including SSRS, .NET, Lifecycle Services and PowerBI will be taken into consideration
