Why Carabao
When Ernest Baldacchino formed Carabao Limited in early 2016, the goal was simple: build a consultancy that treats every client's project as if it were its own.
The name comes from the carabao — the water buffalo native to the Philippines. For centuries, farmers have depended on its strength, endurance and reliability to get the hardest work done. That's the standard we set for ourselves: dependable, resilient, and in it for the long haul.
Starting as a one-person Dynamics 365 advisory, Carabao has grown into a multi-disciplinary team of ERP consultants, developers and project managers serving clients across Malta, Europe and the Middle East. We've stayed small on purpose — big enough to deliver enterprise projects, small enough that every client knows us by name.
Today we work across both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Odoo, giving our clients an honest, vendor-neutral recommendation on the platform that fits their business — not the one that earns us the biggest margin.
